Refunds & Returns & Exchanges

Due to the uniqueness of each design and the nature of the pieces, no exchanges or refunds are offered on any orders. M I N AH takes great pride in ensuring your order is fulfilled without any faults. To ensure high quality in all our pieces before any orders are shipped it undergoes quality check. 

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on scarves. 

NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS.

Please refer to our size chart to ensure you order the correct size as WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. 

Any faulty item claims cannot be made after 48 hours upon receiving your order. We have the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the original purchasing conditions or post the accepted 48 hours exchange request. The item will be returned to the address on the original order if the exchange request exceeded 48 hours upon receiving the order.

Before shipping an item back to us, please request an exchange authorisation request from our returns department within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing info.minah1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for exchange. All exchange items are subject to availability and cannot be reserved. If an exchange is authorised, please allow up to 14 days for an exchange process completion.


Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return/exchange. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
